Christmas Day 2013

Christmas Day 2013.
We gathered at Encik Dennis house, just like last year..
There only difference is, the group is smaller now and it didn't snow on xmas day this year.
Potluck contribute by the families!
We arrive terribly late and the medallions are prepared smoked our entire house,
setting the alarm off for multiple times. Mega fail LOL
We brought our half baked medallions to Linda house and have her help us "save" it
HAHA! Thank you Linda!
Our usual taboo game!

Probably the last year she will allow me to dress her up in cute outfits..
(she is turning 5.. sobs)

Then it is gift exchange time!
I enjoy the gift exchange because we get to "steal" each other gifts..
I got what i wanted, which makes me super happy LOL
Got home and decided to take a family photo in our usual spot LOL
And then we told velle she could open up her presents
Thank you uncles & aunties for this pile of goodies!
Velle requested a dentist playdoh set and was thrilled when she rip open the wrapper
Playing with daddy, aka her best playmate.
Its so cute to see her smiling to herself because she feels it is so fun
Daddy also quite into it hahahaha!
She requested braces & she got braces …
I think we slept really really late that day & velle didn't go to school on boxing day :P

Prairie Lights 2013

We were supposed to go with Liyi &Amelia to see the xmas lights,
but the Q in was super long and they had to left because their van is running low on gas..
After waiting for 1 hr plus, i was on the verge of giving up..
But hubby said we were almost reaching… Ok lor, if not waste the 1 hr plus waiting in vain.
Finally~~~
Chlovelle is all comfy and happy behind..
The tickets for each car is $20.
We were told to off/dim the lights after that point.
The pretty lightings totally cheer me up!

We wind down all the windows, and velle just stick her head out to look at the lights!
It was a great experience
There is a stop, mid of the drive through lighting, we parked our car and went for a cup of hot chocolate.
Tunnel of lights! So beautiful!
