ICE @ Gaylord Texas Featuring Frosty the Snowman
9:23 PM
Went to see the ice sculpture back in November when the weather wasn't that horribly cold.
This time round hubby is finally around *kisses*
We were lucky and thankful that the Tangs reached first and manage to help us buy the tickets,
because the tickets were supposed to be sold out that day!
I am SO HAPPY it wasn't a wasted trip because the parking is so ridiculously pricey!
The crowd was wayyyy lesser than last year.
Again, very happy that I don't have to Q for hours to get in. YAY!
Gearing up!
Here we go!
Good thing hubby is around!
He is in charge of the camera & i can keep my fingers toasty warm.
The ice slide!
Probably the highlight of the place!
You have to sit on the coat, it not it won't be slippery enough for you to slide down!
I can't tell velle enjoyed herself more this year because Sera & Angel was around
This train is probably my favorite sculpture there!
I love the color and it looks so edible!
The man behind us is carving the ice..
Not sure if he is really working on a piece or pretending LOL
I am actually very curious why they make this translucent every year..
Hmmm…
I had a great time! Although it wasn't as pretty as last year ( I think)…
This will be the last time we will be visiting Gaylord this trip!
Till next time!
