NRH20 Family Waterpark
2:06 PM
Went to the first waterpark in Dallas! NRH2O!!
There are a few waterparks in Dallas-Fort Worth area,
but i chose this because it has 2 moderate slides for 36" and taller kids
( velle is 38")
The entrance fee is like $26 for adults and $21 for kids,
flash your military ID for discounts!
Woke up late (as usual),
and head down to la Madeleine for lunch.
Told velle we will be bringing her to some place fun but it will be a surprised!
She saw the water slides on our way in & her expression is priceless!
So happy to be in her swimsuit.
A little lost and didn't know where to put our bags. haha!
Water slides
We are ready!
Excited! The water at this kids area is chilly, but the sun is hot so i am quite alright.
Cute little swim suit that got abit color run but since the prints are so messy,
no one will even noticed. WAHAHAHAH
Let her try the smallest slide first.
No problem!
Best part of this place is that parents can slide with the kids,
unlike SK swimming complex, i wasn't even allowed to go up with her wth
I didn't notice i was standing under this bucket of water,
got splashed unknowingly O M G
I forgot to bring water shoes for velle! Big mistake, the area is so sandy and might cut
the kids feet! Velle had a cut from there ):
We move to and fro from area to area,
another place for the kids to play.
Balancing skills not v good lol
Mild slides for the younger kids, velle joined in anyways.
I see that a lot of parents are having fun here too, one even said she is scared O.o?
Wave pool!!
One of velle's favorite area!
Never fail to make me feel so drifty and floaty before bedtime!
Hang on for dear life.
After that she got use to it and had fun!
I told hubby, we made the right choice to let her learn how to swim,
because she isn't so afraid when the waters are rough!
Went on the double dipper twice!
Velle had fun! Her first moderate water slide! Not bad!
The tiring part is to carry the float all the way up PHEW
So funny so see them slide down pressing their noses LOL!
Months of exercise and acting like he is having some kind of eating disorder.
HAHAHA! love you la.
See you next summer!!
