My Plans

Have been thinking what shall i do when i go back to SG....
After settling down with velle,
hope she will adapt to the time and weather in Singapore.
Hope jetlag will last for a week the most.
Dread to train her to sleep by herself again,
she might have difficulty in sleeping in the play yard for a month.
After she have settled down,
i might train her to use the potty.
Since she is walking now, using the potty wouldnt be so difficult.
Just yesterday,
i remove velle's diaper before bathtime,
she walk a few steps then squat down to pee,
which ofcourse got smacked by me...
Got diaper dont pee, pee on the floor..............
And today,
i was happily video-ing her while she bathe,
and she walk to the side of the bathtub and POOP!
Again, in her squatting position.
She might be ready to be potty train (:
Cant wait..
Once she turn 18 months,
she will need to go school,
and i will look for a part time job.
I will still be taking care of her myself,
cause she has a foul temper and is super attached to me.
So, let's see how it goes. (:
Yesterday we went for a swim with Lili and Janet.
Velle loves the water, just like her mummy!
Heehee!
I remember when i was preggy,
i love taking baths.
And everytime i do that,
i will talk to velle, telling her to love water as much as i do.
I think she heard me. haha!
I paste lots of stickers on her face and brought her to see her own reflection.
Chlovelle doesnt recognise her own reflection yet,
as she doesnt peel off the stickers on her face.
I read that toddlers wont "know" their reflection till the age of 2,
or maybe nearing 2.
These few days im getting her to speak words,
as i know she understands them.
Currently she can say :

mum mum ( eat)

Bubble

Tu tu ( pacifier)

Oh ( when we say uh-oh)
Hi
Byee
She loves calling her dad,
but not me!
So irritating...
She will go, Daddy, busy~ at times..
Hope she talks more, so she can express herself better.

A whole week

Super duper lazy to blog because im busy packing.
Hmm... should be around 80% packed i guess.
Still a little more to go!
Wednesday- Gymboree day
Lili took a cute picture of velle when she sit at this cute children chair when i go relieve myself.
Skip to Saturday,
we packed the house in the morning,
then to vista ridge to get my Clinque,
then to Daphne house for BBQ!!

Lili and I decide to go for double date!
Cheong our very very nice and thoughful friend volunteer himself to help us babysit velle.

Velle usually goes to bed at 9pm,
and never wake up till morning,
so cheong came over and watched anime and fulfil our dream date!
How nice right!
We went to watch BABIES.
Not recommend for guys,
i think they will feel very bored.
Our first movie after 14 months!
I didnt even miss velle a tiny bit lor!
WAHAHAHA!

Sunday - Mother's day
Mother's day isnt a great day for me.
Im not feeling well that day.
Runny nose, with headache and feel really really tired.
Even when ppl comment about velle,
i was in the mood to chit chat with them.
Didnt manage to get my wallet too.
SAD de!
But at the end of the day,
recieve roses and a card from baby and velle velle (unknowingly)
And these really made my day(:

Monday
We went cheesecake factory,
to make up for mother's day.
Because everywhere is fully booked on mother's day!
I think its a big thing here (maybe everywhere too)
Its so amazing to see her walk.
She goes to every corner of the house now!
I would say she walk rather well,
but if she is tired, she gets realyl really wobbly.
Velle is so not into the camera nowadays!
I think she hates them now!

Later that noon,
I volunteer lili to come help to distract velle as she is really cranky,
so we could pack the house.
Yup, with her help,
we did pack a few more boxes!
