Over the weekends..

So sorry that I am blogging less frequent now,
so many things to do around the house that I don't have time to sit in front of the computer.
Last Friday, Chlovelle had Thanksgiving feast in her classroom.
The kids are dressed in tribal tee/dress which i really don't know why they do that.

On Saturday I went out with Amelia and Candy..
I tag along with Amelia and got 3 bottles of moisturizers.
SMELLS AWESOME!
The air is getting drier each day, and hubby hands is like.... snake skin now.
He used to have very soft skin, but now.... LOL like a snake.
On Sunday, we attended a birthday party at Southlake.
The weather isn't that cold so i bravely wore some thin tights.
#notsobad I survived. LOL
My printed tights scares hubby a little as he is used to me wearing solid tights.
whatever~
We were so tired, and all of us woke up around 12 LOL
What did we do?!
First time wearing this pinafore i bought years ago.
I love it!
After the party, we went for some Pho noodles
My hair is too pong and wavy that day. TSK

First time driving alone!

Today marks the first time i drive velle to and fro to school ALONE!
She is my main motivation of passing asap,
so she don't need to walk to school in such a cold weather.
Apparently velle seem to be more nervous than me when i drive her to school...
In the morning after her milk, she asked "Aunty Amelia drive me?"
Me : Nope, mummy gonna drive you to school today!
Velle : oh.... *pause* Mummy is a big girl, mummy can drive.
HAHAHA!
Right after Daddy buckle her up, i enter the car and she reminded me to
buckle my seat belt. Once i start the car, she said " Mummy, i want to close the door"
Me : *look back* The door is close velle...
Velle : No this one *pointing the lock*
I think she feel she might get flung out of the car or something. LOL
Throughout the 3 mins drive, she is watching the traffic for me...
" Red says stop, mummy you must stop, cannot go"
" my school! the tall one, mummy you must turn"
"turn here, mummy"
Anyways we survive the car ride.
I mean it is only 3 mins drive right? :P
I did not park very well, but oh well... I will do better on Friday (:

Veterans Weekends 2012

We had long weekends over here in Dallas because Monday is Veterans Day!
Saturday, we woke up too late to go outlet so we went to a nearby mall.
Love the ruffles top, but a little too short because it is kids size. LOL

Hubby also found a pair for himself. He lost a similar one last month :\
SUNDAY. The weather turned cooler overnight! ARGHH

I PASSED!!!!!

After 2 months of waiting, finally the day arrived!
Took my driving test at 2 plus this afternoon...
Words cannot describe how nervous i am, but the anxiety is worst than giving birth LOL
But this little girl here is my motivation to pass,
so she doesn't have to walk to school anymore!
We left the house early (as told by hubby),
and indeed the paperwork took some time to process,
then I was told to join the queue and wait for my instructor.
My man and little girl rooting for me!
The Q was long, and i waited for quite awhile before my instructor join me in the car.
She asked me to put on my shoes, but i assure her i drive better w/o them.
Do you drive without shoes too? LOL!
She joked " my life is in your hands "
Anyways, the test route is really easy here,
parallel parking, signalling, stop signs, lane change, reversing and i am done!
I think i manage to get full marks at the parallel parking,
thanks to hubby! He showed me a youtube video that teaches how to parallel park easily.
WORKS FOR ME! I really need some techniques. HAHAHA
Hubbs join me at the office after my test and i gave him this SAD FACE,
just to scare him that i failed HAHAHA
ANYWAYS I PASSED!
I am so happy! omg omg omg omg.
Ya la, i know i only drive auto car, but i am a big blur sotong,
so this is a huge step for me!
Dinner at 430pm because i was FAMISHED.
Didnt have appetite before the test LOL
