To move or not to move?

Baby went to check with his S1 today.
Regarding the new apartment
We need to pay 200 usd for breaking the lease of this 1 room apartment,
and as soon we pass them 200$ we have 30 days to pack and clean this house.
That means in if we were to agree to the terms,
in 30 days, i will be living in our new, bigger apartment.
But now,
is whether to pay the 200 usd,
of wait till MAY 2009 when the lease is up so we dont have to pay for anything.
But then again,
my velle baby will 1 month old and how will i be able to move, dont say pack the stuff.
Dont forget the shifting of phone lines,
setting up the house,
informing people about the change in address,
address change for bills and ETC!
Setting up the nursery, velle will be so unstable.....
To pay or not to pay?

Just now in the afternoon,
we went down to view the apartment
(the actual house we wanted)
All i can say is, its perfect!
The large kitchen for placing bottles and stuff.
Extra floor area for Chlovelle's if she were to learn to crawl/walk
Her own nursery
Additional bathroom and bed for friends/family that come over
Extra large closet! WHEET!
Pretty balcony for my personal time with velle
(we may be rocking and slurping juices there!)
Suddenly how i wish i could stay here Forever.
Its like building our own home here. Awwww~

The new apartment number.
But it has new block number too.
If you intend to send stuff over,
and has not send it yet, dont send!
Cause we might move in 30 days,
And xmas season, i believe parcel very easy to get lost (=
Again the stairway, our house in on the 2nd floor.
I prefer 2nd floor as its warmer, and no insects/rats too.

I would totally open my foldable chair and just sit there and read!
And again, the floor plan.
We did not pay the 200usd forfeit yet.
But the house is stunning right?
So cozy comfty and whatever.
Oh well,
we will be heading down to the office again tmr,
let see how it goes (=

First Thanksgiving

THANKSGIVING
The day which most people loved.
Turkey eating, and big sales.
No turkey for us,
had dinner with Wei le (baby friend)
Then drove home,
i napped for 1 hr,
guys played guitar.
At around 10pm
drove down to ALLEN.
This time i timed,
its like 45 mins drive with no traffic!
Before the store was even open,
at 10 plus already got LLLOOOONNNGGGG QUEUE~
Queuing is totally not for me,
especially when im with baby and his 2 friends.
But i heard Coach stuff are DIRT CHEAP.
We Queue at Adidas instead.
Cause i really wanted baby to have a duffel bag.
Every guy has one right???
See!
he is so glad that i Q with him,
and search for his stuff.
End of the day.
He got
trackpants, a duffel bag, gloves and a shoe bag.
Total of 50 USD
( CHEAP OR NOT! )
Chlovelle also gain some stuff.
50% off, on top of that when we Q-ing for cashier,
sales person gave us additional 10% off.
Plus i got carters card, we got $10 off next purchase. LOL!

Reach home around 4 am.
Baby when to work at 6am, then i went to sleep.
He came back at 2pm, slept tgt till 6pm!!!!
Pei wei for dinner!
The first dine in resturant i had when i first came to Dallas.
I use to condemn it!
Then now, i suddenly loved it.
My taste bud really change!
Then we went to watch BOLT!
ITS SUPER CUTE! must go watch!
SATURDAY. 29 NOV
Baby brought his friend to get his LG TV.
And also WII stuff.
Baby love guitar hero!!

Wei le is the guy with cap, he bought the LG TV.
Wei ming is the other guy, he bought the WII console.
Then they both bought alot of games, along with 3 controllers.
extra set for babyfied. HOW NICE!!
And also,
baby's 2nd prize!
He caught another carebear for me.
LOVE A LOT BEAR.

Sunday. 30 NOV
Grocery shopping with his friends.
Stopped at gamestop, they got another controller
4 in total now!
so i can join in the mario kart! LOL!
damn lousy at that man.
And got a DS pouch.
The first stuff i got over the weekends.

baby always say he chou chou.
Yeah for me!
i fight thru my temptation,
even i saw a zillion items i wanna get.
Thats call the power of not adding stress to thy husband.
Baby you better love me more.

Busy playing my Nintendo DS,
