Visit to the PD
6:18 PM
Today is quite a day for us, or rather for Chlovelle...
We went to the PD.
It is located very near our apartment,
probably around 5-10 mins walk.
I woke her up at 8am,
no complains from her.
Drank her milk, changed and off we went.
I got better with the traffic lights and running across the wide road in 20 secs (:
Reach there way before our appt time,
it's a good thing i'm early because i have tonnes of forms to fill up,
as we were away for 2 long years.
Being a good girl, she sat there enjoying the books provided.
It was supposed to be a routine check up, plus update of her immunizations.
I told her that Dr will have to check her mouth, ears, eyes, and body..
We were instructed to change into this green robe for easy assessment.
Only chlovelle can pull off this kinda robe!
SO CUTE ON HER!
SO, dr came in and did the routine checks.
Chlovelle didn't like it at all, she didn't answer all the question dr asked,
didn't do what the dr instructed too. Oh well, i know she is gonna act like this.
But velle does know her colors, she writes and color well,
she talks and understand most of what we are talking about.
And then the scary part came....
Dr said her immunization is NOT UP TO DATE.
OMG.
In sg she is though.
So she have like 4 vaccine, and 1 blood test and 1 TB test.
FAINT***
And USA doesn't have 5 in 1 jabs for goodness sake, my poor child.
Broke the news to velle, and she is feeling very upset.
She told me it is pain (she knows!)
Anyway we went ahead with the blood test and TB test.
She was crying so loud, i felt she almost fainted from shocked and pain,
i delayed the vaccine and told them i will come back next week.
And here is the damage...
They couldn't get blood from the 1st arm, and have to try on the other arm.
SHE WAS SO UPSET!
It was worst than the boat ride she cried on. LOL
But being awesome like she is, she cycled home w/o complaining..
I love her so much!
Dr said her weight isn't ideal (nothing new)
So i have to mix this with her fresh milk, but she didn't like the taste..
Anyway i'm sure she will get use to it sooner or later.
AWwwww...
The plaster provided kinda suck IMO
Always gives me rash after a few hours, so i have to remove for her...
After breakfast, she sort of "recovered"
lots of smiles again
New pose !
Show you why in the next entry!
On and off still whine and fuss though.
Gloomy rainy Friday
Velle had to cycle in the garage....
but she had fun!
