Rain rain rainy days

This was 2 weeks ago,
i urgently need to talk to the principal of the CC i want to be attached to.
But it was raining heavily!
So no choice i still need to bring velle down.
I let velle put on her new raincoat i got it previously at USA,
the material is really good!
The inner lining protects the child from catching a cold,
while outer layer is waterproof (obviously)
EXCITED!
Jas says this picture dont look like velle.
LOL!
The raincoat really keeps her WARM.
Because when i remove it, her arms were STICKY.
