All before velle cut her TOOT hair,
the reason i cut her hair is because i see cheryth hair v thick and long now,
so i believe trimming it might help hair growth!
Hope it works lar,
if not by Phelove's party, she will be still in her tootest hair,
and will get the tootest award.
