Selection of Flat

We chose the blk furthest away from the MRT tracks,
we're guessing it would be noisy.
Notice the blk 887A have 1 unit that pop/stick out from the rest?
We took that (:
Hoping we have a better view than facing each other.
Woke up at 730am this morning,
cab down to HDB hub as we wanted to be there early!
But too bad, early also no use, there is a Q number.
Everything went smoothly,
the lady was super nice too...
Until its time for payment.......................
Need to pay 2k for deposit,
but apparently POSB/DBS is down,
without bank book cannot withdraw money.
After 1.5 hrs and many phone calls still no help.
Lucky around 10 plus the Nets is able to work!!!!
Paid the money, next payment is 4 months from now,
need to pay 5% of the total amount.
Something very happy is that the flooring in all the bedrooms are wooden!
I love wooden flooring, didnt know that this BTO was prenium flats!
Whoohhooo!
No need to re-renovate the house liao!
