Unwell - Fall chill

Weather turns cooler,i think i might have catch a cold.Last yr, i was packed with fats because i was preggy.I go out in thin clothings and shorts,enjoying the Fall cool air.This year i thought i could do the same,but no, i might have caught a chill.I have terrible migraine,i feel nausea, i keep burping,and my arms are aching (probably from the tank tops i wear when its freaking 18 degrees)Better cover up from now on.
