Old Wives' Tales. Funny and untrue

Yesterday i was upset.
Not to the extreme, but still upset.
About the elders around me.
Maybe im too affected by what people thinks and react,
since when i become so concern about people's reaction?
Maybe im protective toward my little girl.
Yes, older people may have gender preference i guess,
but i, lewis or Velle can decide it.
All by God's plan,
and he ALWAYS has the perfect child for us (even for you)
Maybe i got the face that a boy will come out from me,
or maybe my stomach sharper,
or my nose never swell. YET
But whatever is it, these thoughts are never fair to Chlovelle.
And she may be the Best child anyone ever wanted!
I love her deeply,
love disturbing her,
love to see her react to our voices.
I mean what i say,
gender doesnt really matters to me AT ALL.
In fact, everytime she moves, she puts a smile on my face.
And having Lewis loving her more each day,
tells me im dumb to let people reaction affects me.
[ Just ytd, when we are awake,
Baby ask me if Chlovelle will marry someone that loves her.
And he hopes the family wont bully her. ]
If a daddy can say something like that, doesnt he show great love?
Velle is not even out yet. LOL!
And again, my post will not be so boring,
im gonna prove to you, those old wives tales are just MYTHS!
Either you get boy or girl, depends on GOD and sperms ok?
What the Old Wives' Tales Say About Whether You'll Have a
Boy or a Girl ?
1 ) If you prefer sleeping on your left side, you'll have a boy. Right side? A girl.
I sleep on my left more, and i can prove to you by showing you
my left lashes are curled up,
due to the pressure of the pillow on my lashes.
2 ) Extreme nausea means you are having a girl.
Yes i have nausea, but what do you mean by extreme?
I get nausea if i dont eat and keep my stomach full.
3) If your hands are dry, you are having a boy; soft -- expect a girl.
My hands are once soft, but due to weather change and dish washing
it does become dry.
But do you know there is a product call moisturizer?
4) If you're craving citrus, you're having a girl.
This is really dumb, i not only crave for citrus, i crave for spicy food too.
And if your body crave for citrus, it means you need more vitamin C.
5) If your skin breaks out, expect a girl.
This is even more ridiculous! LOL
Try not washing your face for 10 days,
even you are expecting a boy, confirm also breakout.
Seriously hormones to be blame.
6) If you feel graceful during pregnancy, you'll have a girl. Clumsy? It's a boy.
Screams! Who will be graceful during pregnancy!
Damn funny, if you remember one of my entries state how clumsy i become!
7) If you gain weight in your face, it means you're having a girl
I dont have hamburger face yet.
8) Craving salt? Expect a boy. A little something sweet? You're having a girl.
Ooooo~ i love cakes.
9) If your right breast is larger than the left, you are having a girl. If the left is larger, a boy.
Both as big as each other. LOL.
10 ) If baby is low, expect a boy. High, it's a girl.
Don't most mothers feel the baby is low?
Its below belly button, feels like above bladder.
11) If you're carrying in front, it's a boy. All around your middle? A girl.
Middle for me! First pregnancy stomach cannot expand man.
Mostly untrue but still really fun to read about it!
I was just stupid to let insecurity invade me.
But i im good now!
Eating ice cream,
and my Victoria secrets have arrived!!
