Why is the exchange rate going up!

Do you know that exchange rate for USD is going up!!
OMG!
its freaking high right now!
And citibank rates is killing us!!!!!
but what to do, we still have to withdraw from citibank,
as there is no other Singapore banks here.
The other time we withdraw 500 USD is 680S$,
now to withdraw 500 USD , its $701 !!!
The bank is sucking us dry.
HATE THAT.
why dont the currency just keep dropping until it balances with SG

anyway i ordered La senza already.
because i didnt want my stuff to go OOS,
and i paid with uob! (stole the card from B, and its mine! MUAHAHA)
